House set in a quiet road, and it was very peaceful. Would have loved to be a bit closer to amenities and the beach, due to our mobility issues, but it was certainly walkable. Host was extremely helpful and friendly and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Overall a very comfy, homely house with outdoor space to sit in.

We loved our stay in Twenty One and Westward Ho!.The house is very comfortable and contained everything you could wish for when on holiday. Its location is also excellent as it’s just a 10-15 mins. walk onto the front with eateries (Thai (Morans) fish and chips, Driftwood and The Guillemot. There is also a Tesco Express within walking distance which is handy for a few essentials. Westward Ho! is also an excellent location to use as a place to explore the surrounding areas which can be 10 mins or up to an hour away by car: Appledore (you can also walk there), Clovelly (walkable but much further than Appledore), Lynmouth & Lynton, Ilfracombe and Instow. Westward Ho! also has a lovely beach too! The owner was also extremely helpful in terms of timely messages and giving advice. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Twenty One and Westward Ho! as a place to stay and to further explore this stunning area.
