The property is situated close to the village of Woolsery where you can find a shop, pub, takeaway and restaurant or visit nearby Hartland Point with its lighthouse, abbey, quay and pub or visit the village of Clovelly with its whitewashed cottages and winding cobbled street down the hillside to the sheltered harbour where you can watch the fishermen come in with their daily catch or enjoy a meal or a drink at the local pub. A little further afield you will find the fishing village of Appledore with local shops, pubs and restaurants, Westward Ho! with its miles of sandy beach or the coastal town of Bude which boasts a choice of sandy beaches.
