Superb house set on the edge of this quaint fishing village of Appledore and within easy reach of local beaches and attractions.

The village of Appledore has a tempting range of restaurants, pubs and shops to choose from. During the summer, take the foot ferry to Instow where there is a sandy beach and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. A larger beach with its pebble ridge at Westward Ho! is just a short drive away or you may prefer to walk along the coast path to get there. Visit nearby Bideford where you will find a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. For a fun day out for the little ones, visit the Big Sheep or the Milky Way Adventure Park. Enter the property into the hallway where you'll find ample space for shoes, coats and boots after a day out walking. Step through to the spacious lounge where you can relax on the comfy sofas in front of the Smart TV or just enjoy a bit of peace and quiet with a good book. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for preparing meals and provides an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area allows everyone to eat together and, if you prefer, you can also head out onto the patio area on a warmer day. Heading back through the lounge, you'll find a handy WC and a washing machine. Up the stairs, you'll discover the three bedrooms: two king size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room with a shower and a WC, and a further twin room. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside is an enclosed rear patio garden with a separate side entrance making it ideal for those guests with baby buggies, surfboards or bikes.
