Northam s surrounding area has much to offer holidaymakers, whatever their tastes, including boat trips from the attractive market town of Bideford (just one mile away), the pretty fishing village of Appledore, and the privately owned heritage village of Clovelly, which are all within a twenty minute drive of the property. Other interesting day trips in the area, a little further afield, include the visitor centre at Dartington Crystal, Exmoor, Ilfracombe Tunnels, RHS Rosemoor, and The Milky Way Adventure Park. This contemporary detached property makes a fantastic base for enjoying a holiday in North Devon with friends or family. The dining area, which enjoys views over the garden with patio doors accessing the garden, has a dining table seating eight, making it a great space for special celebrations or relaxing family meals. Three of the property s five bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first of these is a beautiful king size room with a TV/DVD, cosy wood burner, a large wardrobe, and an en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a double room, which benefits from a TV, en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. The third bedroom on this floor is a twin room, and there is also a separate WC. Upstairs, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms a twin room with a TV and a selection of children s toys and videos; and a compact single room with a 4 bed. The main bathroom is located on the first floor and offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is a large garden, mainly set to lawn, with a raised decked area, perfect for sitting with a drink whilst the children play. To help guests to enjoy their stay, there is garden furniture provided and a BBQ can be supplied on request. A large drive to the front of the house provides ample parking for several cars.
