Later, find the fully-equipped kitchen and help rustle up a hearty meal for the whole group and enjoy this in the dining room furnished with a large table with seating for everyone! Spend evenings outside, on warm days fire up the barbecue for a spot of alfresco dining or watch as the stars begin to fill the sky from the warmth of the bubbling hot tub. When sleep calls, wash off the day in the bathroom before choosing between five sumptuous bedrooms all fitted with Smart TVs; there are two super-king-sizes with en-suites, two doubles, one of which is on the ground floor and a twin. 4 Woodland Park lies close to the local amenities in Northam, pick up necessities for your self-catered stay in the town or head out for a delicious evening meal or celebratory drinks at restaurants like The Olive Tree Restaurant. On sunny days take a scenic drive to the coast at Westward Ho! where you can soak up the sun on its golden sands while the kids play in the sea, or maybe try your hand at water sports like surfing and kite surfing. Follow the South West Coast path along to the seaside resort of Ilfracombe where you can explore Tunnels Beaches made up of hand carved tunnels leading to a tidal pool, the Ilfracombe Museum or the breath-taking Watermouth Castle which has rides and attractions for little ones and a wealth of history for those looking to delve into the past. Explore the wonders of Devon at 4 Woodland Park.

Located on the hill above the bustling village of Westward Ho!, the small village of Northam is home to a restaurant, pub, takeout, and a small supermarket. Westward Ho! is home to a beautiful sandy beach that stretches for two miles, as well as a variety of great places to eat and shop. Surfing and kitesurfing are popular activities here, and in the summer, lifeguards and a dog beach are provided for your convenience. Cycle hire, including child buggies and even dog buggies, are available in Bideford and many other locations along the Tarka Trail, which passes through the city. People who like to walk can visit the Royal North Devon Golf Club, which is located in Northam Burrows, which is part of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the county of Devon. There are breath-taking views of the coast along the coastal path that leads to Peppercombe and Clovelly. It is possible to take a boat trip to Lundy Island from Bideford, and the nearby town of Appledore is home to many attractions, including quaint cobblestone streets, unique shops, delicious restaurants, and fish and chip shops. The Big Sheep and the Milky Way are both not far away, and so are the National Trust properties of Hartland Abbey, RHS Rosemoor, and Dartington Glass. Clovelly is also charming because of its quay, steep cobblestone streets, and donkeys, and because cars are not permitted in the village itself. Northam is ideally situated for exploring a rich variety of attractions.

Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Kids loved the hot tub!

Spotted in previous feedback, sliding wardrobe doors in x2 bedrooms still broken 2.Although the smoke alarm base is in place on the ceiling, it isn’t working as the main components have been removed 3.Previous Sykes properties we’ve stayed in have provided a folder with various info on using equipment in the property, waste/recycling etc. but couldn’t locate a folder in this one? 4.It would be helpful if hooks could be installed by the hot tub to hang towels/robes. Thanks
