Buckland Brewer is situated in deepest North Devon, surrounded by rolling green countryside, forests and woodlands village shop and welcoming pub. The area surrounding the property has much on offer to visitors, no matter what their tastes and interests, including the privately owned village Clovelly, the traditional fishing village of Appledore, the attractive harbour town of Bideford, The Milky Way family adventure park, RHS Rosemoor, and the large sandy beach at Westward Ho! With so much to do, your break can be as relaxing or as busy as you like. This converted barn is attached to the owner s house, but has its own entrance and guests are assured of their privacy. The reverse level layout means that the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first of these is a double bedroom which enjoys lovely views over the surrounding fields, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room, with a beamed ceiling and a handy writing desk. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Upstairs, the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been unusually decorated in order to reflect the heritage of the building, and has a lovely light and spacious feel to it, thanks to the vaulted ceiling and the large windows which afford splendid views across the neighbouring fields. There is a wood burner in the lounge area, to keep the room lovely and cosy, no matter what the weather is like outside, as well as a TV/DVD. Behind the lounge area, the kitchen/diner is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden with garden furniture, which gives guests a great place to sit out and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Additionally, guests have access to a field which has a children s play area with a trampoline and climbing equipment. Guests should be aware that there is a pond at one end of the field, so children will need careful supervision. Ample off road parking is available. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
