The golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a short drive away and is perfect for surfing body boarding or exploring the rock pools at low tide. For those who just want to relax why not stay closer to home and explore the quaint cobbled streets of Appledore or just sit on the quayside and enjoy a locally made ice cream. On entering the property you have both the bedrooms on the ground floor one double and 1 twin. There is also a shower room on this floor with shower and WC and also houses the washing machine. Head up the steep cottage-style stairs to the first floor and into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The dining area has views across the rooftops to the river and makes this an easy room to relax in and the kitchen area has everything you need for your home away from cooking with gas oven and hob microwave coffee machine fridge with ice compartment and also houses the tumble dryer. Stepping outside is a small rear enclosed courtyard with storage shed and charcoal BBQ this leads to a raised terrace approached via steep steps with garden furniture and enjoys estuary views.
