Westward Ho!, a fifteen minute walk in the opposite direction has one of the regions most spectacular beaches, an amazing two mile wide stretch of sand, popular with both families and surfers alike. Behind the beach, Northam Burrows Country Park is a wildlife rich area of salt marshes and sand dunes which offers an attractive place for quiet walks and picnics. There is plenty more to see and do within easy reach of the property including the attractive harbour town of Bideford, the beautifully maintained historic village of Clovelly, and the family friendly Milky Way Adventure Park. Approached via 2 external steps, once inside you will enter the attractive lounge with its comfortable seating, TV/DVD, and hi fi. The property s two restful bedrooms: a spacious double and a twin room, both have far reaching views over the fields to the sea, whilst the bathroom offers the best of both worlds, with a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is a small courtyard terrace area with patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the views to the sea, but guests should be aware that children must be supervised at all times.
