This property is located in the popular town of Westward Ho! on Devon s north coast. The town s beach is an impressive two mile wide stretch of sand, where families and surfers relax and play side by side. For those who want to try their hand at surfing, there is a well regarded surf academy on the beach, which also offers lessons in stand up paddle boarding. Just a few miles inland, is the town of Bideford, with its attractive harbour on the River Torridge, from where visitors can choose from a number of interesting boat rides, including the excellent trip out to Lundy, a stunningly wild island in the Bristol Channel. On entering this property, guests can t help but be drawn to the magnificent sea views, which can be enjoyed from the property s lounge. Patio doors lead out to the decked terrace, allowing guests to open up this space and enjoy the fresh sea air. Comfortable seating here allows guests to enjoy the gas fire, as well as the Freeview TV, DVD and hi fi, which provide relaxing entertainment after a busy day at the sea. The property s kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as a breakfast table, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. There is a second table for enjoying family meals in the separate dining room, which has patio doors leading out to the front of the property. One of the property s bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, a restful double room. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, both of which benefit from en suite shower rooms, each with WC. The first of these is a double room which enjoys views across to the sea below, whilst the second is a relaxing twin room with a large wardrobe for storing clothes.
