Close to the South West Coast Path, the village of Northam is a great base from which to explore the North Devon coast. Walk or cycle along the Tarka Trail or take the public footpath along the riverbank into the Little White Town of Bideford to the south, or the old fishing village of Appledore to the north. Other attractions within a short drive are The Big Sheep family fun park and the historic village of Clovelly, with its whitewashed cottages and pretty harbour. A regular local bus service connects Northam to Bideford, Appledore, Instow and beyond. As you enter the building there is either a staircase or lift to take you to the third floor.
