Perfectly positioned close to the coastal villages of Clovelly (6 miles) and Appledore (9 miles), this modest cottage makes an ideal base for couples and small families alike. This cottage offers a unique holiday experience, whether its den building in the woods, chilling in the summer house reading a book or hanging out with the animals you are sure to have an amazing break away. This peaceful setting provides a real escape, guests are encouraged to explore the woodlands with your furry friend, and a climb to the top rewards you with magnificent country views. This holiday offers a unique chance to let children enjoy nature in a friendly animal environment. Guests are also welcome, by arrangement, to help with the animals and you may be lucky enough to spot a wild deer, rabbit, or even a woodpecker during your stay. Further afield are many wonderful beaches and coastal walks to explore with Bude (20 miles) and Westward Ho! (6 miles) close by. Stepping into the property through the front door, you find yourself in the welcoming yet compact lounge/kitchen/diner which is well equipped with Smart TV, a comfortable two seater sofa and two chairs. The kitchen area has everything you need including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The lounge area leads off to the sleeping accommodation where you will find two bedrooms, one double and one bunkroom. The spacious and stylish shower room completes the accommodation and has a large shower enclosure and WC along with a heated towel rail. Heading outside, there is an enclosed garden area with a summer house with comfortable rattan style furniture perfect for Al Fresco dining. The Summer house holds a collection of games and puzzles for families to enjoy. Outside is a children s delight with a Wendy house fully fitted with its own kitchen and at the other end, there is an outside patio table and chairs. There are many animals to meet outside just a stones throw from your cottage, if you are up early enough then you can join in waking up the animals ,and even collect eggs by arrangement. Plenty of woodland for walking your dog. Ample off road parking for up to four cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 bunkroom. 1 shower room with WC.
