The kitchen area, to the far end of the room, is separated from the lounge space by a breakfast bar dining area, beyond which guests will find an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first of which is a pretty double room which benefits from an en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a light and airy twin room which has patio doors leading out to the property s second patio area. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside the property boasts two separate patio areas. One of these is a small sheltered area, whilst the other is a larger space which extends to the seawall, and offers a stunning spot from which to sit back and relax to the sound of crashing waves and the calls of seagulls.
