The kitchen area, to the far end of the room, is separated from the lounge space by a breakfast bar dining area, beyond which guests will find an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first of which is a pretty double room which benefits from an en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a light and airy twin room which has patio doors leading out to the property s second patio area. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside the property boasts two separate patio areas. One of these is a small sheltered area, whilst the other is a larger space which extends to the seawall, and offers a stunning spot from which to sit back and relax to the sound of crashing waves and the calls of seagulls. (Children will need to be supervised at all times). There is a public car park just a few minutes walk from the property, for which the owners can provide a parking pass at an additional cost.
