Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, TV Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.  Gas central heating and Wi-Fi included.  Travel cot.  Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated).  2 pets welcome at £25 per pet (payable to owner on arrival), to be kept on a lead in the grounds.  Private parking for 1 car.  .  All properties: Electricity, bed linen and towels included.  Welcome pack.  1-acre garden with terrace and garden furniture (shared).  No smoking. .  Set on the coastal road, just 600 yards above sheltered Maidencombe Beach and the village’s pretty thatched inn, these six very comfortably furnished holiday properties all have separate entrances and enjoy the use of an acre of attractively landscaped gardens with extensive sea views (except 28865).  They are ideally situated for the coastal path, yet still enjoy a peaceful and tranquil setting for abundant local wildlife.  Bluebell (ref 28864, set on the first floor) and Foxglove (ref 28867, on the second floor with a roof terrace giving spectacular sea views) are situated in a purpose-built extension to the owner’s Victorian residence, whilst Poppy (ref 28865, a first floor apartment) is part of the original house.  Lavender (ref 28868, set on the first floor above the owner’s accommodation) is accessed through the main reception, and Laurel (ref 28863) and Chestnut (ref 28866) are comfortable two-storey properties, and all the properties accept pets, apart from Lavender (ref 28868).  The ‘English Riviera’ is famous for its mild clim. . .
