Panoramic views are visible to the south overlooking the eucalyptus forest to the native woodland opposite. The wraparound veranda is well equipped with plenty of outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy a glass of something chilled or delight in the jacuzzi provided and let those bubbling jets wash away the aches and pains from the day. To further facilitate this alfresco experience there is a small kitchenette with sink fridge and freezer so you can keep your outdoor refreshments in one place whilst tending to the BBQ. On a clear day you may even catch a glimpse of the sea at Teignmouth. Step in to the open plan kitchen , wonderfully appointed to the front of the property with a modern wooden finish, sleek worktops and ample preparation space. The large dining table provides an ideal space to gather over a delicious home-cooked meal. From here the lodge provides easy access to to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both well presented with plush beds, fitted wardrobes and lovely views. Step into the sitting room, which has three large sofas, ideal for relaxing and unwind of an evening, with the woodburning stove to keep you warm during those chilly evenings. From the sitting room you have access to the master bedroom with their own private veranda.With all rooms on the ground floor, you will have easy access to 3 double bedrooms, both well-presented, with plush beds and lovely views across the country. Boasting a family bathroom, with a bath and shower over, so you can choose how best to prepare for your day. You are ideally placed for exploring all this beautiful region has to offer, including Canonteign Falls, two sets of scenic waterfalls amid lush, landscaped gardens and lakes - perfect for long walks. Stover County Park is a nature reserve that spans across 114 acres of woodland, offering a lake for those who enjoy watersports such as fishing. Venture into the thriving towns of Totnes and Exeter with plenty of great pubs, restaurants and cafes. Haldon Forest is ideal for those keen cyclists.
