Located a few moments’ walk from Dawlish Warren beach be spoilt with things to do including relaxing on the sandy coastline, walking, cycling and coastal walks with stunning views. There is even a golf course nearby and a children’s amusement park keeping all ages entertained. Dawlish Warren also offers an array of lively shops, cafés and restaurants for your family to discover. On another day why not take advantage of your location by the tracks and take a train trip up to Torquay or down to Exeter and explore these vibrant local areas of interest.

Never stayed in such a unique place before. Definitely worth a visit. Having trains coming past your window is amazing. Very clean and fairly comfy. Got extras which I did not realise was going to be there. Very nice touch. I’d recommend anyone to go and stay in one of there carriages. Caretaker Josh is very knowledgeable and friendly. Takes great pride in what he does. Brilliant we shall be back.

We had a brilliant time. We all slept well, even when the men were working on the track.We were led to understand from your brochure/ website that there was WiFi there. The site manager has said that he asked you to remove this from the brochure. We were not playing games with WiFi but had some important tickets to book and we weren't able to do so and have now lost out on the event. We understand that the signal isnt good in that area generally.We would recommend this site to anyone. We had two coaches to accommodate all the family but mainly ate in one.Thanks.
