The MK1 railway carriages date from the 1950’s and 1960’s and have recently been superbly renovated into desirable, boutique accommodation. Each carriage has three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV’s and even heated flooring to be enjoyed during the cooler months.. We had an excellent stay. The mattresses are a little thin and the holiday park could do with WiFi. Other than that it was in a perfect position for visiting the surrounding area, whether you drive, bus, walk or take the train.Have to big up the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. 😁
