The additional bedrooms include a double bed and single bedroom. Outside, the property plays host to some impressive grounds at the front and to the rear with lawned spaces and mature shrubs. The shop and pub can be located within a 15-minute walk into the village of Thurlestone. Whilst visiting, you will have access to Thurlestone Beach, which is a beautiful sweep of golden sands brushing along the shore, where the water is shallow enough for children to safely splash about. Further afield, is the vibrant port city of Plymouth, situated within an hour’s drive, where you will have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants to explore, not forgetting the beautiful beach. The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
