Inside, comfortable and spacious with original paintings and full of light. Hall, off which a lobby (loo, good drying room), leading to dining room with fireplace (woodburner) and fridge-freezer; archway to smart, well-equipped kitchen with 8-burner hob/2 double ovens, two dishwashers, tumble drier, espresso machine. Utility room (two washing machines, washer-drier, tumble drier, microwave, additional larder fridge). Sun lounge with rattan furniture and door to garden. Living room with lovely views, TV/Sky/DVD, ‘living flame’ gas fire; through this room to large family room with TV/DVD, sliding doors to the garden. Two staircases: one from the dining room up to first floor and two double bedrooms (one with 5’ bed), both with bay windows, views and washbasins; smart bathroom (suite, shower over bath) and second luxurious bathroom (suite with roll-top bath plus hand-shower, bidet); further stairs up to second floor and a twin bedroom (sloping ceilings), loo and the best view of all. The second staircase is from the family room to two more bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with views, and a smaller double suitable for one. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath) and kitchenette (washing machine, microwave, fridge).

Arrival after 4pm. Damages Deposit £250. A lovely house in a marvellous place for a holiday.
