Two private patios ensure that both the morning and afternoon sun can be caught at certain times. Beautiful Slapton Sands beach and the nature reserve are just a couple miles away with historic Dartmouth also within a short drive.

For guests making use of the reduced occupancy discount only the master bedroom will be made available-please advise at the time of booking if you require a twin bedroom instead.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds and TV.   Bedroom 3 with twin beds.  Family bathroom with roll top bath and hand held shower, basin and WC.
