For beach days, just 1 mile away lies family-friendly Blackpool Sands Beach, an idyllic haven for swimming and basking in the sun. Walkers can also pick up the South West Coast Path within 1 mile of the property to enjoy a afternoon hike through stunning scenery. Other nearby attractions include Woodlands Theme Park (6 miles) and the popular town of Salcombe, 18 miles away.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Blackpool sands 'Tunes on the sands', Torbay Air Show.

Step inside this beautiful retreat on the lower ground floor and you enter the hallway, perfect for kicking off your shoes. To the rear of the hall is a convenient utility room/WC. Upstairs, to your right on the ground floor is the stunning kitchen/dining area. A fully equipped contemporary kitchen awaits and a dining table with sufficient seating for all guests provides a great space for evening meals. Across the hall is the lounge area with beautiful sea views from the modern glass Juliette balcony and large floor-to-ceiling windows, a Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system; also on this floor is a WC.

Upstairs, situated to the left of the stairs is the gorgeous master suite with a super-king size bed, an en-suite shower room with WC, Smart TV and Alexa speaker and access to a stunning private balcony overlooking the ocean. to your right is a king-size bedroom with desk area, Alexa and Smart TV and down the hall is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

The final floor offers two further bedrooms, to your right is a twin room, great for kids with two single beds and an Alexa, and across the hall is another super-king size room with gorgeous sea views, Alexa and a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside, there is a beautiful, enclosed, sunny, three-tier, garden space. The lower deck has a BBQ area with large outdoor dining table and chairs, great for alfresco dining. Up a few steps you’ll find access to some open space with lawn area and up a couple more steps you’ll find loungers and a hot tub, perfect for evenings spent stargazing. Please note if you wish to use the hot tub there is an extra charge of £125.
