All in all a very well equipped and comfortable cottage. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very generous welcome package. Only niggling criticism would be better /brighter lighting in the kitchen/ lounge area as lighting seemed insufficient for February and grey days. An area to dry towels/ wet coats. The boiler cupboard ok for wet boots and small items. Underfloor heating kept cottage warm enough but not adequate for drying dripping coats/over trousers which we hung up in the shower area. Finally after two showers in the morning it began to run cold. Also no hot water at all on the morning we left. None of this has put us off returning but hopefully in drier weather!

It’s a wonderful place with great views. I’m reluctant to say too many positive things about it because it’s always full when I want to book it 😫🙄

I came here the first time 2 weeks ago whilst I look to buy a property in the area, and I fell in love with it. It’s perfect for my needs. Nice and peaceful. Great views. It’s amongst the best properties I’ve ever stayed at in this price range. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
