A wonderful, luxurious base for a holiday, within easy reach of the unspoilt coastline and beautiful beaches, this elegant three-storey property accommodates eight people in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which are en suite.



On the first floor, an elegant hand-crafted kitchen has been designed and fitted to the very highest of standards with designer units, quartz worksurfaces and a range of Miele integrated appliances, making self-catering a pleasure! The kitchen leads into a luxurious living and dining area with fabulous sea views - tri-folding doors open onto the balcony with incredible panoramic views across the estuary.



At ground floor level is a magnificent master bedroom with super-King-size bed and stunning sea views from the Juliet balcony, plus an en suite shower room. A further double room at this level has a Super king size bed. At lower ground floor there are two en suite bedrooms, one with super-King size bed and private waterside terrace with seating, and the other with a super king-size bed. A small family bathroom is located adjacent to the double bedroom at ground floor level, where there is also a utility room on this floor. There is also allocated parking for one car.

Up to four guests at any one time can enjoy the use of the luxury spa facilities at the neighbouring Harbour Hotel – guests can also enjoy an exclusive 15% discount on ESPA and Harbour signature treatments!

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
