With Salcombe's boutique shops and wonderful restaurants within a short walk, this property makes for the perfect retreat to this popular harbour town.

The Penthouse is a luxury, third floor apartment, boasting 180 degree panoramic views over Salcombe estuary and beyond. The property has been extensively renovated and refurbished in recent years, and boasts 5-star accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped, with a ‘utility cupboard’ discretely housed in separate cupboards in the hallway. The bright and spacious combined living / dining area enjoys double French doors leading onto a large furnished balcony, with uninterrupted views over Salcombe estuary. The master bedroom is spacious, with a super-King size bed, en suite bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, (which can be zipped together to create a super King-size bed), next to which is an adjacent family bathroom. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except for beach towels) are provided. The property enjoys access to a private beach and mooring, with decking/barbecue area, and rock pools to explore. A single running mooring is available, with a swinging, deeper water mooring available at a further additional cost.

Guests enjoy free Wireless broadband. The property is baby friendly, and includes equipment such as a travel cot, folding mattress and steriliser. Secure parking for one car is provided.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
