Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Patio area. No smoking.. A delightful apartment in the centre of town, directly above the public slipway at Whitestrand Quay and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Refurbished and equipped to a good standard with excellent views of the main anchorage at Whitestrand.

No WiFi at this property. There will be a linen change for bookings of 14 days or more. If not required please call the office.

The sofa bed is only suitable for 2 children. 1 adults max. Guests to request sofa bed bedding at the time of booking.

One or more beds can be linked to form double or twin beds (please advise the owner of your preference soon after booking).

    A great little apartment right in the centre of Salcombe! Well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed, this was a fab find for my daughter and I! I would not hesitate to recommend it, but just in terms of honest feedback, the only things that really let it down were:1) no WiFi - just made things hard as phone signal is so appalling in Salcombe, so texts weren’t coming through (had to go to nearby pub for WiFi to connect to what’s app) and town parking is pay by phone which proved tricky! As a suggestion, if there is no possibility of a phone line in the property, could a close WiFi account be shared and part-funded by the apartment owner? 2) as soon as the cafe opens the noise will wake you, as people are sitting just outside of the bedroom door. Early risers won’t be affected, but no chance of a lie-in if needed!Minor things in the bigger scheme of things, but may prove helpful to future visitors 😊

    On arriving at the property, it took 10 mins to obtain access as the lock to the flat is faulty. On informing the agents, we were told that we needed 'to jiggle the lock, we would not be locked in or out + anyway there was a back door we could use'. It is only possible to access the flat if you have exited by the back door + locked it from the outside! As a result we had to leave the inner flat door unlocked during our stay.
