Lovely spacious house , very clean and well equipped , beautiful gardens with three seperate seating areas . Lovely views across the fields to the sea . Lovely beaches a short drive away . Local shop close by , small supermarket down in Salcombe, larger supermarket in Kingsbridge a short drive away. It is a lovely walk down the hills and steps to the town but hard work for older less fit people to get back up to the house . Parking in street so sometimes a problem to be outside the house but usually found a space in adjoining street.
