Shower room: With double shower cubicle and toilet.  .  Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  External utility room with freezer and washing machine.  Courtyard with roof terrace and garden furniture.  1 dog welcome at owners discretion.  On road parking.  No smoking.  Please note: There are 2 sets of steep steps to access the garden. .  A Victorian family house situated situated close to the centre of town in a no through road approximately 100 yards from the waterfront, shops, quays and park.  This property is comfortably furnished and well equipped with beech worktops in the kitchen and has a sunny garden terrace with rooftop views to East Portlemouth and the Estuary.
