A few areas were showing cobwebs, but this did not detract from a pleasant stay. All amenities close to hand along with some nice coastal path walks and a handy bus service less than 2 minutes walk.

Home from home Cosy and very comfortable. Just a couple of little things to point out - only 2 small wine glasses and no scissors. Although we loved the ambience of St Leonards we feel the garden could definitely do with a little attention and the front garden could be so pretty with a little tlc. Last tiny grumble, the gate could do with some attention. These are only small things but we feel important. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Thank you.

TV in the bedroom not there and in August 23 had been reported. Would be best to tell customers beforehand. No bags for bin in kitchen. But we would come again as we all had a great stay.
