Parking

A private garage fitting one large vehicle and additional water sports equipment.

Additional parking can be found in the following car parks. Depending on the time of year park in either Shadycombe car park (100 yards to the left of the property) on Shadycombe road (if between Oct 1st - March 31st) or Creek car park (100 yards to the right of the property) on Gould road (if between April 1st - Sept 30th).

Accommodation

There are two flights of stone steps leading from the parking area and road up to the property entrance.

Ground Floor

Open plan

Kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine. 

Dining area with table and 4 chairs.

Sitting room with 3 seater L shaped sofa, Tub chair, feature fire place (not in use), Smart TV and coffee table.

Utility with washing/dryer machine, basin, storage with airer, ironing board and iron.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 with 5ft King size bed and built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, small TV, en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 with bunk bed (4ft 6in bottom bunk, 3ft top bunk) storage and games console.

Family shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Please note the second staircase is not for guest use.
