In addition, there is a bath, shower (over), w.c and hand basin.
Outside there is a pleasant seating area to the front of the property with a wooden bench, whilst at the rear is a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the summer sunshine. A barbeque is available. Parking available for one car nearby.

It is located just 2 miles from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, with an array of popular shops and restaurants. Boasting a beautiful, scenic coastline, Salcombe is ideal for enjoying sailing, watersports, coastal walking or for simply soaking up the sunshine. Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.

Happy with the property however the memory foam mattress is incredibly uncomfortable , sadly it exacerbated by cervical and thoracic spine pain and I consequently slept badly the whole week . I don't think a memory foam mattress is the best option for a holiday let

Our daughter has settled in Malborough so this accommodation is perfect for us when we visit her as it`s just up the road from where she lives. the bungalow is very like home from home.
