32 Salcombe Retreat has been designed by an award-winning team and offers high quality accommodation with breathtaking views across the fields and out to sea. The homes have been positioned to provide a sense of privacy and yet, at the same time, maximise the clear, uninterrupted country and sea views through floor to ceiling windows from the living rooms.

Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with large windows and doors leading out to the terrace.

Furnished with a stylish 'L' shaped six seater sofa.

TV and DVD player.

Wi-Fi internet access (the speed and strength of the Wi-Fi may vary due to your position on the site. Speed and performance cannot be guaranteed).

Dining table and six chairs.

Kitchen:

Modern kitchen with integrated appliances including a built-in gas oven grill and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer.

Full utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.

Iron and ironing board.

Sleeping:

Bedroom one

Double bed, two bedside tables both with lamps, fitted wardrobe and 3 drawer chest.

Access to bathroom.

Bedroom two with en-suite

Double bed, two bedside tables both with lamps, walk-in wardrobe with shelves.

En-suite comprises a whirlpool bath, wash basin, w.c. shelving and mirror.

Bathrooms:

Shower room comprises a shower cubicle,w.c. and wash basin. It is a 'Jack and Jill' style with access from the living area and bedroom one. En-suite to bedroom two comprises bath, wash basin, w.c. shelving and mirror.

Outside:

Open views to the sea and Bolberry Down.

Decked patio area with patio furniture.

Close to the beach at Soar Mill Cove.

Salcombe Harbour is a 5-10 minutes drive away.

One dedicated parking space alongside each lodge for one car only. Separate car park at top of site for visitor/extra parking.

Accommodation

This idyllic position is surrounded by National Trust land in an area designated as an ‘Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. The lodge has been finished with a contemporary feel to its interior that enhances its country and coastal setting.
The beach at Soar Mill Cove is a 15-20 minute walk away (downhill) and provides a haven of tranquility. There is a beautiful sandy beach which is surrounded by cliffs with numerous rock pools to explore and climb and beautiful clear blue waters to swim in. You can also enjoy breathtaking walks on the south west coastal path which takes you along some of the most unspoilt coastline in the country. It is also fantastic for bird watching, with regular sightings of Gannets and Peregrine Falcons.
Salcombe harbour is a 5-10 minute drive away and offers fine restaurants, bars, cafes and individual shops and galleries.
