There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, made light and bright space by large glazed doors leading out to a furnished balcony. The comfortably furnished lounge space includes a large corner suite, which leads to a well equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. A separate utility houses a washer/dryer.

Three bedrooms include an en suite master with a King-size divan bed, with a fully tiled en suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double also with an en suite shower room, and the third has two single beds.

From the apartment there is level access to the shared swimming pool and gardens. There is allocated parking for one car, plus visitors bays.

The village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
