The Granary is a wonderful, one bedroomed property that has been lovingly refurbished by its owners. Small and perfectly formed, the property layout is ideal for a couple or a single person and also welcomes dogs. The front door leads into the open plan kitchen and lounge area. With the bonus of two lovely skylights looking over the surrounding fields, they allow the light to flood into the upstairs. Downstairs is a good-sized king bedroom with an en-suite shower room; a small door leads you outside around to the back of the property. The garden space is quiet and peaceful, with Devon countryside views. An outdoor seating area and a small lawn are ready and waiting for morning coffees, afternoon naps in the sunshine and glasses of wine on those gorgeous summer evenings.

Located minutes from Dartmoor, the property lends itself to being the perfect bolthole for dog walkers and hikers, whilst being a great location for guests who want to spend time visiting the local beaches and towns. The bustling city of Plymouth is also only a 20-minute drive away.

Outside patio area with table and chairs for two people, a small lawn and gravel area with washing line.

Parking:

One space in the front of the property and another around the back if needed.

Accommodation:

Main living area with 2-person sofa and chair, TV on the wall, small fold away dining table and two chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped, oven, hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Guesto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Downstairs to the bedroom with 5ft king bed, hanging space and shelving, small access door to outside and electric heater. En-suite with WC, basin, shower, heated towel rail.

Included: Bed linen and towels. (Guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), 

Internet and telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is dependent upon your provider. Please check with your provider prior to booking. 

Dogs: Two well behaved dogs permitted. Pet charge £30 per dog per week. 

Electric Vehicles: Unfortunately not available at this property.  

Short breaks: Short breaks are available all year. 

Local facilities: 2.8 miles to Yealmpton, Village shop, Farm Shop & several pubs, Plymouth with all facilities 10 miles, Sandy beach at Mothecombe 5 miles. Other south coast beaches easily accessible by car.
