brilliant place for families and groups to gather to enjoy seaside fun and coastal

walks. Once an 18th cent. hostelry, it is now a modern and stylish house

rambling over three levels with plenty of space for everyone. Behind, a sunny

lawned garden with picnic benches, table/chairs and barbecue. The village pub,

shop and café are a short stroll from the door.

table/chairs seating 12 and smaller table for 4. Step up again to smart fitted

kitchen, well-equipped for large-scale catering with dishwasher, two combi-microwaves,

two ovens. Utility room (washing machine,

tumble drier). Ground-floor

shower-room (suite). Hall for coats/boots. Amtico floors downstairs and doors

to the garden from all main rooms.

Professional catering available. Damages Deposit £250. Best for maximum of 10 adults

plus assorted children. A wonderful house for jolly jamborees of friends or family at any time

of year, with beautiful coast to explore and handy village amenities on the

doorstep.
