Two acres of shared gardens with lawns for playing, fruit trees and views over the river Dart. A pretty village location, well placed for ferry and steam train trips and beaches. 

Bows is a terraced cottage on three levels, one of six converted from a 400-year-old great barn, with neat, enclosed, south-facing patio garden (two levels, table/chairs). Inside, soft colours and comfort prevail. Entrance to hall with two bedrooms off – a double, and a twin; newly fitted shower-room (suite); open tread stairs up to second bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Open tread stairs from hall down to living/dining room with electric fire, TV/DVD and French windows to garden (barbecue); fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with table/chairs; utility with washing machine, loo and back door. No children under 5.
