Upstairs the master bedroom and double room boast views out over the village to the sea and two further bedrooms complete this exceptional property.

East Prawle is a unique coastal village with a tranquil atmosphere. The village has an eclectic local pub that often hosts music in an adjoining hall, a village shop, café and easy access to the South West Coastal Path. A selection of beaches are on offer within a 3 mile radius, and access to the hugely popular town of Salcombe via the passenger ferry at East Portlemouth 2 miles away is easy. The bustling market town of Kingsbridge is a twenty minute drive away and historic Dartmouth is half an hour away.

Please note that the driveway in front of the farmhouse is shared with two adjoining properties, The Granary and the Shippen.

Just off the kitchen a snug with a 2 seater beanbag sofa, chair and pouf, TV with Sky Q and DVD playerFrom kitchen steps down to loungearea with 2 seating areas; reading area with coffee table and 2 two seat sofas and lounging area with wall large mounted 4K UHD TV, soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity and one 4 seater sofa and one three seater sofa and log burner. Staircase to first floor. Master bedroom with 5’ bed and en-suite bathroomwith bath and shower over, WC and hand basin. Main shower room, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Further double bedroom with 5’ bed. Twin room with 2’6’’beds can be zipped together, (please advise at time of booking if this is required). Further double room with 4’6’’ double.

Outside

Courtyard with parking, large patio at the front of the property and access around the property to a paddock of half an acre and a pleasant small garden with garden table and chairs. (Please note there Is a right of way behind the property which is used infrequently).

Farm shop at Stokenham 4 miles. Garage with good shop and leisure store East Charleton 5 miles.  Kingsbridge with all facilities 9 miles. Dartmouth 15 miles.
