The neighbouring sitting area is an idyllic spot to settle down following a meal; look forward to flicking on a family favourite on the 48" TV as the multi-fuel stove gently warms the room during cooler evenings. Stairs to the first floor lead to a well-presented family bathroom boasting an elegant skylight, where you can indulge in a relaxing soak or enjoy a refreshing shower before bed.

North Molton is an ancient village in Devon, home to a traditional pub and a village shop, and is a great base for exploring Exmoor and North Devon's dramatic coast. This charming village is conveniently located near both coastal and inland attractions. Within a few miles is the pretty town of South Molton, which has a range of shops and a twice-weekly market. Forests, moors, rivers, beaches, churches and other historical buildings are all within easy reach.
