Welcome to Mariners Holiday Cottage in Lynmouth. Fully refurbished in 2015, this substantial semi detached period house is perfect for larger families and is set close to scenic moorland walks, riverside strolls, three village pubs and an excellent fish and chip shop.

Inside

The stylish sitting room has a wood burner stove, large three seater leather sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen TV with Freesat service and DVD player. The open plan kitchen/ dining room has a feature cathedral ceiling, underfloor heating and oak flooring. Luxury kitchen facilities include a triple oven with five electric elements, a microwave/ convection oven, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a large family dining area next to the kitchen.

Other facilities include TVs in the family room, both double bedrooms, a radio/ CD/ MP3 dock, Wi-Fi service and a telephone with honesty box.
