Guests have enjoyed their stays at Clooneavin Apartment 2, praising its cleanliness, unique charm, and stunning views. The property's location offers direct access to Lynmouth harbour and is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The host, Gill, receives compliments for her warm welcome and accommodating nature. Some guests mention the steep access and parking challenges, but overall, the property's character and views seem to compensate for any minor inconveniences.
Reviewers consistently mention the cleanliness of the apartment, describing it as 'very clean' and 'tidy', which indicates high standards of hygiene and care.
The property's location is highly praised for its spectacular sea views and proximity to local attractions. However, some guests note the steep walks and challenging access, which slightly affects the score.
Guests find the apartment comfortable and cosy, with period features and comfortable furnishings. Some concerns about curtain functionality and the strength of the shower are noted, but overall comfort is rated highly.
Facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and good Wi-Fi. However, comments about the electric shower and parking constraints suggest room for improvement in some areas.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the host, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Lovely owner makes you feel very welcome. Very clean and a great view of the harbour. Walk down to the harbour was fine if you watch your footing...slightly harder going back up lol. Everything you could need in the kitchen except an ice box. Overall great place, area and host and her beautiful dog.
