The regional towns of Barnstaple and South Molton are within 10 miles and have popular pannier markets. Walkers and cyclists can enjoy the traffic-free Tarka Trail (10 miles), while other local attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal, both 16 miles from the property.

When you arrive, you can walk straight into the ground-floor sleeping quarters or head up an external flight of steps to the first-floor living space.
