Enjoying privacy and beautiful views across the rolling countryside towards Exmoor National Park with wonderful walks straight from the front door. Within the grounds there is a private lake with ornamental fish, the perfect spot to take in the scenery and wildlife with a relaxing glass of wine.
Woodland Cottage is a beautiful and spacious cottage on two floors, set in an exceptionally peaceful and private location along a country lane near the charming market town of South Molton in North Devon.
This cottage is perfect for a romantic and rural retreat, with a fully fitted kitchen and feature windows. a large sitting room with comfortable sofas and a warming electric wood burning stove perfect for cosying up to in the evenings. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom which is spacious and light with a king size 5' bed, and a separate pretty single room with 3' bed. The bathroom is bright, airy and enjoys a beautiful roll top bath.
From the generous grounds, take in the wonderful views across the rolling countryside, which offers numerous walks straight from the front door. Enjoy the abundance of wildlife - you may be lucky enough to spot the local red deer, otters and a wide variety of birds. You even get your own private lake with ornamental fish! The perfect spot to take in the scenery and wildlife with a relaxing glass of wine.

The cottage does have a small single bedroom which may be used, however the cottage will only accept a maximum of two guests.

A really superb cottage. Spacious rooms and very well appointed. We really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and beautiful countryside. Elaine and Steve made us very welcome with a splendid hamper. We look forward to our next visit.
