Kids enjoyed the big garden, and so did our 2 little dogs. The welcome hamper was also much appreciated, we enjoyed the prosecco & cakes

Good welcoming gifts compared to other properties we have stayed at. Great decking and hot tub. The only issues we had were connected to the garden and steep rough drive up to the car park. One of our 3 cars had difficulty on the first day which resulted in the car being parked in the main lane after excursions for the remainder of the holiday. The garden is fantastic but the dense undergrowth led to many lost balls (football and tennis). (The goal was at the other end of the garden than shown in the listing.) Our youngest child was 7 years old, but younger children would need careful monitoring due to the steep slope on the 2 tiered side of the garden.
