Snaptrip says

Wild Acres is a cottage in Cornwall that offers stunning views and a pet-friendly environment with a hot tub. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, spaciousness, and family-friendly amenities. However, access to the property can be challenging, and some amenities and maintenance issues were noted.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

The location is praised for its beautiful views and proximity to the beach, although the difficult access road and challenging walk to the beach for some individuals slightly detract from the score.

The property is spacious and generally comfortable, but the lack of wardrobes, the unbearable heat in the conservatory, and the steep stairs without a safety gate for children affect the comfort level for some guests.

While the hot tub and provided baby items are positives, the absence of promised amenities, maintenance issues, and inadequate kitchen facilities lead to a lower score in this category.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

The 0.7 mile drive from the property is extremely bumpy / uneven and not one you’d want to do very often during your start….and we had a Jeep Wrangler. When the weather is as hot as it was during our visit, the conservatory is unbearable, blinds are needed here as well as in the living area. Handing areas are need, no where to hang clothes on the bedroom, no where to hang towels in the bedrooms/ bathrooms and no toilet roll holders. The walk down to the beach in inaccessible for some individuals, those with disabilities or elderly with walking issue, breathing difficulties will not cope well at all. The induction job is a nightmare, and very inconsistent temperamental. The oven also takes an extremely long time to come to temperature.

Cottage easy to use and all ran smoothly. Only comment is that crockery was fine for us as we were 4 - would have been tougher for a larger group, especially the champagne glasses!
