I absolutely loved the short time we spent at The Hayloft. The only downside was me mixing up my booking days and not getting a full week to spend there. But the cottage was beautiful. So incredibly peaceful and relaxing, which was just what we needed. The village is a beautiful little village and it’s perfectly located. Away from the touristy/busier spots but still in easy reach of them. The perfect base really to explore that part of the coast. As for the cottage itself, it had everything we needed. Anne was very helpful and friendly, showed us where everything was and shes done a great job with the garden. So nice to have your own little garden to relax in. Was also lovely listening to the owls at night. I’d book it again in a heartbeat

An excellent conversion, both inside and out, of a small space for 2 people. Everything necessary was present and of good quality. Hostess very helpful. A huge asset was the beautiful small terraced garden with many places to sit and enjoy the garden and sunshine. The garden backs onto a field with woodland at the far edge. Plenty of space to park. Very pretty but steep village. Good views from all parts of the garden.

The hayloft was comfortable clean and had all you needed for 2 people . The beautiful private garden was a real bonus . It was a good place to explore the local area and the owner Ann was very welcoming and helpful
