Bit if the beaten track, beautiful gardens and waterfalls. Clean and comfy. No welcome pack so ensure you take tea coffee and milk as after a very long drive down a few sachets would have been nice as you are a long way from a shop. No WiFi but tv was all singing all dancing if you paid for wifi. DVD player but didn’t connect to tv. We brought dvds to watch but was told due to all new tvs we couldn’t. We headed out everyday and really enjoyed just sleeping in the clean lodge even though fridge was noisy. We had to request a change of microwave as the one in Heron was rusty inside with loose paint and dangerous. They brought us another straight away which we were grateful for. Overall we really enjoyed the peace and quiet.
