Step into the charming entrance hall and instantly fall in love with the elegance this home exudes. To the left, sits the exquisite dining room, with a dining table seating eleven guests, a warming fireplace and rural valley views. To the right of the entrance hall, step into the luxurious sitting room, decorated with pops of teal blue creating a calming atmosphere, while being warmly lit by the crackling wood burning stove. Curl up on the comfy sofas and pop on the television or radio after a day of adventures.

You’ll also find a separate snug with a 50 inch Smart television, which leads to the lovely kitchen, oozing with countryside charm. The farmhouse table takes centre stage, perfect for breakfast time as a family, and the kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including a range cooker. The kitchen opens to a garden room, housing table tennis and table football, with double doors extending to your sun-soaked terrace. A convenient laundry area and separate WC completes the ground floor.

Retreat upstairs and discover five beautifully presented bedrooms. Choose from two king size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (both bedrooms can fit an extra single bed bookable as a chargeable extra). Bedroom three with a 6’ super king size bed (can be converted to two 3’ twin single beds, on request - this room can also fit an extra single bed bookable as a chargeable extra). Bedroom four with 3’ twin single beds or bedroom five with one 3’ single beds and tranquil countryside views. You will also find a beautifully appointed marble-lined family bathroom on the first floor, complete with a walk-in shower, roll-top bath, WC and wash basin.

Outside, your south-facing patio boasts rolling countryside views, a bubbling private hot tub, charcoal barbecue for family feasts, sun loungers and an outdoor rattan dining suite. Just the spot to soak up the Devonshire sunshine and dine as a family until the moon and stars appear.

Georgian House is situated at Coulscott Cottages, a private estate boasting a plethora of additional facilities to enjoy during your stay. Whether you wish to swim in the wonderful indoor heated swimming pool or explore 17 acres of unspoilt countryside. Discover beautiful gardens, meandering footpaths, ponds, meadows, streams, an orchard and a wonderful kitchen garden, where you can pick your own vegetables and herbs to enjoy with dinner! Other facilities include; a games room, wooden playground, lookout seating area, 5 a-side football pitch, a badminton and tennis court, croquet, boules, cricket and a pitch and putt golf course. You can also say hello to the friendly animals on site or enjoy some self care with a private yoga session, relaxing facial or massage in the comfort of your holiday haven, just speak with the owner directly.
