The spacious and luxurious summer house with it's top of the range barbeque and overhead heating were the icing on the cake, and the very large and clean hot tub added a touch of glamour. We were even provided with a chilled bottle of pink prosecco, fresh locally made scones, and many other small but thoughtful necessitates (such as tea & coffee, both standard and decaffeinated). Chulmleigh is delightfully pretty and feels very remote despite not being far from the M5. Perfect for a short family break, although we could happily have stayed much longer.

We were looking for somewhere we could holiday together as a family of adults with various additional needs, with space for different ways to spend our time. This property provided plenty of options and it was one of the most relaxing breaks we have had in recent years.

The property was beautiful, very well equipped (in fact they'd thought of everything you could possibly need) super clean, spacious and all the decor was lovely too. The barn is set in very well looked after peaceful surroundings - in fact we saw deer and pheasant in the gardens. The relaxing hot-tub and cabana/bbq area was a real bonus. 100% recommendation - we will definitely stay again.
