A long dining table with fabulous plush seating in rich, earthy hues is perfect for coming together over a delicious home-cooked meal, all beneath the high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams adding a rustic feel. The little ones and your four-legged friend are sure to love the beautifully maintained and extensive lawns surrounding the property, with footpaths leading into your own private woodland right on your doorstep, perfect for morning strolls to stretch your legs. The traditional village of Chulmleigh is close by, showcasing thatched cottages and cobbled lanes, as well as a convenience store and two pubs. It is a great place for birdwatching, with kingfishers, cormorants, goosanders and dippers regularly spotted along the quiet riverbanks.
