Size: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Beds: 2 x double, 1 x twin.

Rooms:

Ground floor: Lounge/dining area, kitchen, bedroom with en-suite shower room, and separate WC. 

First Floor: 2 bedrooms (both with dressing rooms), and bathroom.

Kitchen and utilities: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.

Entertainment: Smart TV

Outside: There is a front and rear garden with lawn and decked areas and an outdoor table with seating for 6. The garage houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and is a useful space to store your surfboards and wetsuits. An outdoor hose is provided to rinse off wetsuits.

Parking: There is plenty of off-street parking space for 3+ cars.

General: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). Wifi is available. Heating and electricity are included.

Pets: No pets are accepted.

Accessibility: Ground floor bedroom and bathroom.

Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
