If cycling's your thing than the Tarka Trail is easily accessible and offers 32 miles of cycle path, following the estuary along to Barnstaple, Fremington Quay and Instow. Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms one double and one twin room, with family shower room with large shower. The Open plan living/kitchen/dining area provides a good space for families to relax and unwind, the fitted kitchen has a round table seating for 4 and patio doors opening out onto the patio with fully enclosed lawned garden. Utility room with washing machine and separate entrance from the front, ideal after a day at the beach!

The back garden was very private and very quiet. We found the quality of the bed linen and towels second to none. A great place to stay, lots of things to do in the area. A thumbs up from us.

Great location. Appreciated the lean-to where wetsuits could be hung up to dry, and also the hose and washing lines set up in the garden. Great base for a beach holiday in that area

Lovely, comfortable bungalow, thoughtfully renovated to a high standard. Situated in a pleasant, quiet location but with easy walking access to all of Braunton's amenities. A bonus is the pleasant, private, sheltered garden. Highly recommended!
