Incledon House was built at the turn of the last century. This detached, spacious period farmhouse is set on 200 acres of land in the heart of rural Devonshire countryside making it the perfect get-away from it all destinations with no near neighbours. The Farmhouse is located on the Buckland Manor Estate and nestles in a peaceful location, taking full advantage of the spectacular panoramic views. Perfect for larger family groups and being completely private, children can play on the extensive lawned garden enjoying a summer BBQ or picnic.

Accommodation boasts a Ground floor Porch leading to large living room with olive suite, large flatscreenTV, Freeview, DVD and stereo. The 2nd sitting room with flatscreen TV, Freeview and DVD is ideal as a quieter area or playroom. The separate dining room is ideal for family celebrations with seating for ten and a secret cupboard to hide the gifts.Should you suffer poor mobile reception, a landline is offered with free call to UK numbers.

Kitchen/breakfast room with table and six chairs fully equipped with double oven, electric stove and extractor fan, microwave, large fridge and under-counter freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
bedrooms
The main staircase leads to five bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 each with twin beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers and spectacular country views. Bedroom 4 with Double bed. Bedroom 5 with Double bed and basin. Both double rooms have endless views, are spacious, contain wardrobes, chest of drawers and enough room for cots (a standard cot is available on request).
The house is decorated throughout with beautiful prints of Monet, Renoir plus several Hunting and Rural scenes. There are fine framed Japanese embroidered pictures in the passage. Furnishings throughout this large home are in a mixture of styles

Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower attachment over bath, WC and basin. Separate shower room with WC and basin. An added bonus, ideal after a day on the beach. There is a separate family bathroom containing bath, WC and basin.

“Excellent large holiday property” Reviewed on Trip Advisor April 28th, 2015 I booked Incledon farmhouse as the venue to celebrate my 'big' birthday with a family group of 10. It proved to be the ideal property, a large house with plenty of room for all 3 generations to enjoy their holiday. The dining room has chairs for all, around a table where several lovely family meals were enjoyed. The two sitting rooms were so useful to our group and the 5 double bedrooms offered the space and comfort we needed. The neutral decor throughout is modern and clean. As with all large properties there are always projects to do and although the bathrooms are serviceable and function well, they could do with a make over. The kitchen is very well equipped and offered all we required. All in all a great house!
