Other pretty seaside villages that are well worth a visit are Croyde, Georgeham and Woolacombe, all within 7 miles. Hop on your bikes and take a lovely off-road bike ride on the stunning Tarka Trail which is 400 metres from the property and takes you through the countryside and along the coast with tearooms and pubs to stop at on the way. This area of outstanding natural beauty offers stunning coastal walks including along the South West Coast Path.

The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to get your day started with a hearty breakfast or to whip up a delicious dinner after a day of exploring. At the back of the house is a stylish dining room, with bi-folding doors, where you can enjoy your evening meal before opening up the sideboard to discover an array of board games for all the family. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, a king-size, a double, and a bunk room all tastefully designed with space, tranquillity, and pocket-sprung mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Completing the property is the large family bathroom, complete with a stylish free-standing bath and walk-in shower.

The bi-folding doors lead from the dining room into the enclosed private courtyard with festoon lighting, patio furniture and a BBQ, where you can enjoy dining alfresco on the lovely warmer evenings.
